Visiting The Met
No matter what kind of weather, this amazing museum draws us all sooner or later. For those of us who live here, we are lucky to be able to visit it anytime we please. For those of you who can’t, I thought to share some of the pictures I’ve snapped so far, from my 1.2 megapixel blackberry camera. So keep in mind that this is an initial set of views, taken during my many visits to what I call affectionately, “my church.”
With my new blackberry 8900 and new Sony camera, I promise the next set of pictures of this fabulous Manhattan spot, will be sharper. In the meantime, here is what I’ve gathered so far. Though the quality of these pictures is nothing spectacular, the Met Museum is. This initial slide show is especially for those of you, who are far away from here and have not had the chance to walk through this treasure of a place just yet. When visiting or living in NYC, coming here is a must.
By the way, for those of you who like to hang out, remember that the Met, like most of the cool museums in NYC, is open late on Fridays and Saturdays, until 9pm! Great date spot, no doubt. For me, is a personal get-away.
Enjoy!
